Terms & Conditions for Competition
The University has engaged Dr Kym Madden trading as Customcom ABN 35 890 133 542 to conduct this alumni survey. Participation is voluntary and respondents may withdraw at any stage. All survey answers are anonymous and reported in aggregated form only. The purpose of the survey is to understand the attitudes, interests and preferences of alumni so that alumni communications and programming may be as relevant as possible to the University’s alumni. Overall findings are added in de-identified form to the Barometer of Alumni Sentiment® data for the purpose of identifying the sentiment of alumni from Australian universities and how the sector might better serve the interests of graduates.
Participants who submit their responses are invited to opt into a competition to win a prize but this is not a requirement of participating in the survey, and contact details are used for the sole purpose of selecting and notifying a winner.
No contact details are retained after the competition process is completed, nor passed to any third parties at any stage for any reason.

Dr Kym Madden trading as Customcom is a longstanding full member of the Australian Market & Social Research Society (Qualified Practising Market Researcher). Customcom is committed to keeping information gathered for the purpose of research private in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and subsequent amendments.
About the Prize
The prize is AUD$500 transferred to the bank account of the lucky winner. Each entrant has an equal chance of winning, with the winner chosen at random and announced on Wednesday 11 November 2015. Registration details will only be used for the purpose of selecting and contacting the lucky winner.
Terms and Conditions
This competition is being conducted as part of the Barometer of Alumni Sentiment®. It is open to all alumni who are eligible to participate, and do so.
Entry is optional and free. Contact details are required for the sole purpose of contacting the winner. No contact details are retained after the competition process is completed, nor passed to any third parties at any stage for any reason.
One entry per valid participant, with each having an equal chance of winning. No correspondence will be entered into.
The prize consists of AUD$500 to be transferred to a valid bank account number within three weeks of the prize being claimed.
A draw will be conducted by an authorised representative of Customcom ABN 35890133542 by 17:00 AEST Wednesday 11 November 2015.
The winner will be selected and notified by email within 2 working days and published online at www.customcom.com.au for 28 days.
Should the winner be unable to be contacted by email and/or the prize unable to be transferred to a valid bank account for six weeks after the draw, a new winner will be selected and the original winner will forfeit the prize.
If a new winner is selected, that winner will have six weeks to claim that prize. If needed, the prize will be redrawn until a winner receives the prize.
